Certain products cannot simply be combined with other products. For example, each brand has its own type of QD plug and there are certain wired headsets that cannot be connected to certain telecommunication devices. There are certain tips that can help you find a suitable product easily. Headsets.nl is a distributor and reseller of various brands of headsets and devices with different warranty conditions. If you have a repair, we ask you to send it to us together with the repair form of the product in question. The repair forms can be found on the support page. We ask you to add a repair form for each product.

Headsets.nl supplies from its own stock. With each product you can see if we have it in stock. The moment you put a product in your shopping cart, our stock is checked again so that you can be sure that the shipment will take place within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that we do not have all products in stock, you will see the delivery time in working days. Of course we offer the possibility to receive a partial delivery of the products that we do have in stock. All products are sent by registered mail. Speed in delivery is important to us.
All orders are sent by registered mail. The moment we scan the products in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace and the invoice so that you can also track the shipment. This way you always have certainty about your shipment.

* For shipments to England/United Kingdom, 'Incoterm 20 (DAP)' applies. Paid freight charges, customs clearance charges, unpaid customs duties and taxes. The sender pays all costs for the freight. The importer/purchaser/recipient bears all other costs.
You can return your order in whole or in part by using the return form and the box in which it was delivered. We would like to receive a completed return form to make processing easier. As soon as the package has been received by us, you will receive a credit (if necessary). We aim to process a refund within a few days.
Return conditions - Consumer
Headsets.nl maintains a return period of 14 days for consumers. The return period starts on the day you receive the item.
Return conditions - Business
Companies cannot claim a right of return. Dutch law applies to our General Terms and Conditions. If you are unsure about your choice of product, we recommend that you request a trial product by telephone or via the contact form.
On Headsets.nl you can pay for your order in several different ways.
After you have put the products of your choice in your shopping cart, you can view your shopping cart at the top of the page. Here you will also see the button “Go to shopping cart”. This button takes you to the checkout screen. After entering your address and choosing the shipping method, you will be taken to the payment screen. Here you can choose which of the above methods you want to use to pay for your order.

- Within the Netherlands: you do have to pay the VAT, but you can reclaim it later with the VAT return
- Outside the Netherlands (but within the EU): you do not have to pay VAT to us if you provide us with a valid VAT number.
